Quantity Surveyor – (M&E) – Warwickshire – to £65k
Our client has recently re-secured a large Public Sector contract, the works are Mechanical and Electrical, circa £9m per year which includes around £5m of planned works over an 8 year duration. Reactive and Equipment Servicing via National Schedule of Rates and Planned Maintenance NEC4 FMC Option E Cost Reimbursable and this will be based at their office near to Nuneaton.
They are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a good knowledge and understanding of Schedule of Rates contracts and to work within their commercial team to build a strong relationship with both the operational team and the client.
Salary and package all dependant on the calibre of the individual and experience and this is an exciting opportunity for the right individual as the long term aspirations are to develop the current contracts and grow the branch.
