Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor – London / WFH
Our client, a medium sized & growing contractor are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on civil engineering projects within Rail. This is a freelance outside IR35 opportunity.
Location:
London / WFH
Day rate:
£400-£500 per day (Outside IR35)
The role:
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work on civil engineering projects within Rail. This is a fast paced role with lots of change control.
Requirements:
- NEC or JCT forms of contract knowledge beneficial
- Quantity Surveying experience
- Measurement experience advantageous
- Savvy, driven individual
- Ideally civil engineering or Rail experience
