Business Development Manager – Sustainable Building and Engineering Consultancy. c£55k plus package and bonus
The consultancy has three main revenue streams;
Audit – Auditing contractor delivery across service and maintenance contracts including compliance.
Project Management – Supporting clients on improved energy efficiency fit out projects
Digital Modelling – Using state of the art energy usage software simulation to analyse and predict building energy consumption, CO2 emissions, peak demands, energy cost and renewable energy production.
With an established client base that requires development, you will also use a structured approach to identify potential new clients with approximately 60% of your time developing the existing client base and 40% exploring new client opportunities. Current and target clients include investment funds, Asset Managers and real estate property managers and owners.
For this fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious, technical consultancy, you will have a demonstrable and successful sales background, a broad understanding of building services design and building simulation modelling along with strong IT skills including using a CRM.
