Honouring Service: Fusion People’s Commitment This Armed Forces Day

June 28th marks Armed Forces Day, a moment for the nation to pause and recognise the men and women who serve—and have served—in our Armed Forces. It’s also a time to reflect on how businesses and communities can do more than say “thank you.” At Fusion People, we believe in action.

Supporting Service Beyond the Uniform

We are proud signatories of the Armed Forces Covenant, a promise to ensure that those who serve or have served, and their families, are treated fairly. This commitment is embedded in our values and visible in our daily operations—from offering bespoke support for service leavers transitioning into civilian roles, to creating welcoming, flexible environments for reservists and military families.

Many of our team members have personal or professional ties to the Armed Forces, which fuels our drive to make a real impact. We know first-hand the skills, discipline, and integrity that military experience brings—and we work tirelessly to match that with opportunity.

A Message from Our Group Managing Director

“At Fusion People, we don’t just recognise the value Armed Forces personnel bring—we actively support them. Whether it’s tailored job placement, ongoing mentorship, or supporting families through relocation and transition, we believe in building futures where service continues to be honoured. We’re not just recruiters. We’re partners in a new chapter of life—one where commitment and character are rewarded.”

— Steve Harper, Group Managing Director

Real Careers. Real Impact.

This Armed Forces Day, we recommit to our role in supporting those who’ve served. We invite other employers, clients, and candidates to join us in turning respect into results.

To all who serve, and all who support them—thank you.
