Job Title: FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative
Location: Loughborough, Leicestershire
Duration: Temporary to Permanent ( 3 months temp)
Pay Rates: £13.70-£18.00 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a number of FLT Driver / Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established, constantly expanding engineering firm based out of Loughborough, Leicestershire.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Offloading / loading of vehicles as required using fork lift trucks and overhead cranes.
* Opening fabrication cases / pallets and unwrapping parts and assembling on plastic pallets.
* Taking parts as requested into production related areas.
* Weighing copper reels and advising weights prior to being stored / taken to the winding shop.
* Supporting & delivering parts to shop & service department.
* Raising Near misses and Safety Improvement opportunities and ensuring health and safety remains a focus for all activities.
* Always Maintaining good standards of hygiene and housekeeping around all store’s areas.
* Working as part of the Stores team and carrying out other general stores duties as and when required, including stock take activities.

Requirements:
* Essential – B1 Counterbalance Licence
* Essential – Experience operating a Forklift Truck.
* Desirable – B2 Counterbalance Licence
Working Hours:
* Monday to Thursday – 07:30 to 16:00
* Friday – 07:30 to 12:30
* Overtime is available when required.
Pay Rates:
* PAYE – £13.78 per hour
* UMB – £17.99 per hour (whilst temping)
