Regional Contract Manager – Defence Accommodation
Northern England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Salary to £80k plus package.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Regional Contract Manager to join a Defence Housing contract across northern England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. This position will be a mobile role.
Reporting to the Operations Director, the North Regional Contract Manager leads the North FDIS RAMS (Facilities Defence Infrastructure Services Regional Accommodation Maintenance Service) Contract delivering critical services to Service Families with principal locations being Catterick, Helensburgh, Rosyth, Lossiemouth/Kinloss & Belfast.
You will lead the delivery of regional planned / reactive maintenance and void management ensure the estate is compliant and customer satisfaction / complaint KPI’s are met. Ensuring all response, planned and void maintenance is completed to the required technical standards and that all documentation is completed and distributed in a timely manner and recorded against the appropriate assets in the CAFM system
You will be responsible for the performance and financial outcomes for relevant billable works, planned, response and void management maintenance across your region
Own the P&L plans for regional cost management / reduction and value generation
Ideally educated to degree standard, you will hold a suitable safety qualification equivalent or similar to NEBOSH General Certificate and a member of a professional body with ideally a knowledge of the defence sector.
You will have a strong and comprehensive understanding of Construction and Property Maintenance legislation and best practice from across the industry.
We will look for a minimum of 10 years front line management experience in construction, property maintenance or related field
A general manager with experience of planning complex, multi-site operations
Good working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.
Good knowledge and experience of working within strict ISO policies and processes
Experience of managing housing maintenance services
Experience of operating in a military environment
Change management experience
