Maintenance Electrician – FM – Sandwell – c£35k
A well respected Facilities Management company has a new requirement for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to work on a contract in and around Sandwell. You will work mobile covering seven sites including healthcare centres, doctors surgeries and a leisure centre.
Your duties will include carrying out hard services maintenance, both planned and reactive, on lighting, power, fire alarm testing and emergency light testing including rewires and LED upgrades.
Please be aware this is a multi-skilled role where you will be expected to carry out additional responsibilities including other additional general maintenance duties like hanging a door, plastering, door handles and unblocking a sink or toilet.
Skills/Experience:
You will ideally be an experienced maintenance electrician from an FM background.
Experience working on a similar contract would be advantageous. 18th Edition
