Estates Supervisor – NHS – Electrical bias – c43k – Sheffield.
You will be responsible for a standalone wing situated within a larger NHS healthcare site. This PFI part of the hospital was opened around 2009 and features 12 wards over 4 floors.
You will report into a Contract Manager and help support the delivery of the Hard FM aspects of the contract, supervising a team of three Engineers. You will be Electrically qualified (preferably a previous AP), carrying out reactive and PPM maintenance, getting quotes, scoping works for variations and developing the Engineers.
The contract is in a healthy place and the relationship with the client is good.
