Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Sandwell – £33k
The Role:
Our client is a well established Facilities Management company. They currently have a new requirement for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to work on a long term PFI contract in and around Sandwell. You will work mobile covering seven sites including healthcare centres, doctors surgeries and a leisure centre.
Your duties will include carrying out hard services maintenance, both planned and reactive, on lights, power, fire alarm testing, emergency light testing etc.
Skills/Experience:
You will ideally be an experienced maintenance electrician from a Facilities Management background.
Experience working on a similar contract would be advantageous. You will need C&G level 1 and 2 and 18th edition
