Commercial Gas Engineer – Warwickshire
Working for a well respected contractor on a public sector contract you will undertake repair, maintenance and installation of gas, plumbing and heating systems in domestic and commercial properties, ideally must be familiar with oil and medium and high-pressure systems.
You will undertake heating engineering & plumbing duties including reactive repairs, servicing of boilers and other appliances, installations and associated works.
You will also undertake the installation of new domestic heating systems in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions, industry best practice codes, practice, and legislation, issuing notices and certificates required by the relevant regulations relating to gas safety.
To provide information to allow records to be updated following service and testing and update Gas Safety records using electronic or manual documentation.
Monday – Friday 40 hours per week, overtime available
Servicing & Reactive calls (mainly servicing)
21 days pro rota annual leave
Vehicle, fuel card, tablet and mobile phone provided – No personal vehicle usage
1 in 4 OOH call out- £125.00 standby fee plus overtime if called out
Salary- £18.27 per hour
