Building Maintenance Technician – £29k
Our client are a well established Facilities Management company. They currently have a new requirement for an experienced Fabric Engineer to work on a long term PFI contract in and around Sandwell to deliver PPM and Reactive maintenance services.
You will have a strong background in Carpentry with a positive and flexible attitude to work. Typical work will be reactive jobs, door, lock or window repairs, leaking taps or showers, replacement pipework or blocked toilet.
You will work mobile covering seven sites including healthcare centres, doctors surgeries and a leisure centre.
40 hours per week including Van, PDA, phone and 32 days Holiday inclusive of Statutory days.
