Job Description

Traffic Management Foreman in charge of a three man traffic management crew carrying out all traffic management duties within the Hampshire area. Duties include emergency standby and Winter Maintenance Operations.

Responsibilities
Traffic Management Foreman responsible for day to day management of the traffic management crew including emergency response, winter maintenance and regular maintenance duties.
Acceptance of works orders, through planning, organising, executing and correct completion of works orders to the commercial team.
Ensure the protection of the Health & Safety of employees and all those affected by their operations.
Service delivery to a standard that meets or exceeds the clients expectations, continuous improvement and best value.
Requirements
Traffic Management Foreman Sector 12A,B,C & D essential
TCSO preferred but not essential.

The Individual
Traffic Management Foreman with a background in traffic management with sector 12A,B,C &D training.
TCSO is desirable but not essential however it is envisaged that the successful applicant will be suitable to receive TCSO training within the first year of employment.
