Job Description

Are you ready to take advantage of expansion in the market as the recession ends?

We are looking for Architects with demonstrable knowledge of the housing sector to work with a well established developer based near the South Coast of England.

You will be responsible for creating outstanding designs while taking into account commercial considerations and represent the company in communications and negotiations with clients, planning authorities and external consultants. You will contribute to projects UK-wide.
The successful individual will be technically competent and hold relevant qualifications (degree or equivalent) while offering sound inter-personal skills. You will need to be confident in your abilities and have the drive to take advantage of expansion in the market as business picks up.
