Job Description

Chartered status or equivalent
•
Very knowledgeable in traditional Pre and Post Contract QS services in both new build and refurbishment environments
•
Sound knowledge of Procurement and Contract selection
•
Preparing budget and Feasibility Studies
•
Cost Planning techniques, appraisal and LCC
•
Project management and commercial control
•
Initiative and drive with positive attitude
•
Deliver business development, including responding to/ delivering Consultancy PQQ and ITT invitationsHigh standard of communication in both verbal and written forms
•
Good people skills with ability to co-ordinate and empower resource
•
Enthusiastic and flexible approach to work whilst working to deadlines.
•
Strategic and tactical thinking
•
Knowledge in the use of computer driven “take off” software, such as RIPAC or equivalent
