Job Title: Archaeologist

Description:
Internal promotions have created an Archaeologists opportunity with a recognised Australian environmental consultancy firm;

$60k-$80k + super
Excellent career option

You will be located in the Hunter Region of NSW with free parking on site and close to all local amenities. The company is well established and has great reputation within the industry.

You will ideally be an established Archaeologist with great communication skills. Your archaeology / earth science related qualifications and considerable proven industry expertise in the archaeology field will have provided you with the opportunity to manage and develop projects. Your strong organisation skills make you a great addition to this team and amazing staff culture.

Your key responsibilities as Archaeologist within this Archaeology role will include:

High level Aboriginal archaeological survey and assessment
Proficient with archaeological subsurface testing and subsurface salvaging
Preparation of archaeological reports
Communication with the relevant Aboriginal organisations, other community groups, relevant authorities, and clients
